Masaji Terasawa is a "Fantasy Dreammaker" for millions of Walt Disney World visitors. With a small ball of rice syrup toffee and a sharp-bladed tool, he works art majic before eyes of spell-bound sidewalk spectators at EPCOT Center's Japan Showcase.

In Mere Minutes, his deft fingers transform the tan sphere into a winged dragon, dolphin, or other fantasy object. Masaji Terasawa practices Amesaiku-"candymaker" -an art form he understands to be more than 2,000 years old.
